Training > Modules 1 thru 5. Module one is over a two weeks. Consists of four 1.5 hour group or individual sessions. Training Sessions Will Accommodate Your Schedule. Training Weeks Have Training From 8AM To 8PM during our training weeks. Again, we accommodate all schedules. There is commission only compensation during training - module one. A minimum of proposals must be generated to successful complete this and all training - module periods. All details will be provided for selected candidates.
Falling below established targets - during any month - will not entitle the sales agent to participate in the Performance Based Salary Program. They will immediately be placed in the commission only compensation option. The Performance Based Salary Program is paid the beginning of the next month and reflects monies brought into the organization the previous month. Residual income is paid from package sales to sales agent. This Compensation option will be evaluated quarterly to determine use. Further explanation will be available at both the interview process and training period.
